Domain Sale Terms

1. The asset

The asset offered is the domain name KushiCrunch.com only. Unless expressly agreed in writing, a sale does not include this website's design, written content, images, logo, hosting, email service, social media handles or any trademark rights.

2. Enquiry and pricing

Prices are provided on enquiry and may change at any time before a written agreement is reached. Listing the domain on this website is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. We may decline any enquiry.

3. Agreement of terms

Once price, currency, payment method, timeline and transfer method are agreed in writing (for example by email or WhatsApp confirmation, or a short purchase agreement), both parties are expected to complete the transaction on those terms.

4. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer or another mutually agreed method, in the agreed currency and in full unless instalments are expressly agreed. Bank, gateway, currency-conversion or escrow fees are borne by the buyer unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Escrow

Either party may request that the transaction be completed through a reputable third-party escrow or marketplace service. Escrow fees are shared or allocated as agreed before the transaction starts.

6. Transfer process

After payment is confirmed, the domain is transferred by one of the following methods:

• Registrar-to-registrar transfer using an authorisation (EPP) code; or
• An account push within the same registrar to the buyer's account.

Transfers are subject to registrar rules and ICANN policies, which can include a 60-day transfer lock after certain changes of registrant or registrar. We will disclose any known lock before terms are agreed and will cooperate in completing the transfer as soon as the rules permit.

7. Timelines

We aim to begin the transfer within two business days of confirmed payment. Completion times depend on the registrars involved and are outside our sole control.

8. Buyer responsibilities

• Carrying out trademark, brand and regulatory clearance in every relevant market.
• Maintaining registration, renewals and contact data after transfer.
• Complying with all applicable laws in the use of the domain.

9. Refunds

Because a domain transfer is an irreversible transfer of a unique asset, completed sales are final and non-refundable. If a transfer cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the seller, funds received are returned in full.

No representation is made about traffic, search rankings, backlinks, historical performance, future revenue or the commercial success of any business built on the domain. See our disclaimer.

11. Governing law

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
